Fri 13.6.2014: OIRT Russia in the morning - Silent evening

After two days silence the conditions seem to start again from Russia. OIRT was open to Kirov-area and around. Radio Shanson Kirov ided 72.44 MHz.
This might start now a new row of conditions.
